Dan Jolley

Dan Jolley began his writing career in the early nineties. His limited series Obergeist was voted Best Horror Comic of 2001 by Wizard magazine, and his DC Comics project JSA: The Unholy Three received an Eisner Award nomination for Best Limited Series of 2003. Dan is the co-creator of the second version of Firestorm(Jason Rusch). He has written comics such as G.I. Joe, G.I. Joe vs Transformers, Dr. Strange, Vampirella, Aliens, Superman Adventures and Star Wars Tales and more. The scope of his creativity extends into licensed-property novels including Star Trek, film novelizations like Iron Man, and original novels such as the fantasy series Five Elements, the gripping superhero/horror Gray Widow Trilogy, and the thrilling “Southern-fried Stephen King” mystery-thriller The Storm.
Beyond his literary achievements, Dan Jolley has left an indelible mark on the world of video games since 2007, contributing his ingenious storytelling skills to titles like Transformers: War for Cybertron, Prototype 2, and Dying Light.
Most recently, readers have been captivated by Dan’s high fantasy/detective series, The Demon-Sleuth Scrolls, published by Falstaff Books. The series currently features Book 1: The Runemaster Homicide and Book 2: The Black-Horned Grave.
