Marnie Dorian is a professional artist specializing in acrylic painting, traditional sculpture, mask making and collectables creation. She is a two time cancer survivor as well as a bone marrow transplant survivor who came into her own as a sculptor and painter during the past 7 years she was fighting Breast cancer, then Leukemia, and then a bone marrow transplant. She almost died several times.She had never been an artist before miraculously surviving near death. Art gave her something to do to keep her mind off of losing her hair, Chemotherapy, dropping tons of weight, anxiety of constantly not knowing if she will live another day. She has now been selling her own work for several years as a professional. Her story is amazing and so is her work! Marnie will be doing painted covers for books with Larry Hama and Scott Hanna and Bill Sienkiewicz. She has also published two children’s books.
