Steve Leialoha is a legendary comic book artist and inker, known for his outstanding work on titles like “Fables,” “Spider-Woman,” “Howard the Duck,” “The New Mutants,” “Secret Wars II,” and many more. With a career spanning decades, Steve’s contributions to the comic book world are nothing short of iconic.
Steve’s notable work includes “G.I. Joe #21: Silent Interlude” and “Star Wars #2,” among many other issues in both series. “Silent Interlude” is particularly famous for its innovative, dialogue-free storytelling and the introduction of the dynamic between Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow. Writer Larry Hama named the G.I. Joe character Edward Leialoha (code name Torpedo) after Steve Leialoha!
